The Role.

As an Investment Advisor, you will be the first point of contract for our investor community, advising them on our latest investment opportunities & give real-time insights of the UK property market.

We’re growing and need passionate, diligent individuals to join our dynamic and hard-working investment team. Due to growing client demand and ongoing success, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a driven and ambitious individual to join our dedicated sales team as a Property Investment Advisor, with experience of consultative sales essential and industry knowledge preferable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage new and existing investors to understand their investment goals

• Guide your clients’ throughout the investment process, presenting them with suitable investment opportunities from within our portfolio

• Provide unbiased representation to clients

• Manage clients directly through the CRM software

• Articulate the value proposition of different investment opportunities, addressing client enquiries and objections effectively

• Actively work to promote The Prestbury Advisory within the region, national and international markets

• Work with other departments of the business, as well as third party partners to ensure a smooth transaction for the client

Qualifications/Experience:

• 3+ years experience in a consultative sales role

• Resilient, self-motivated, driven and energetic

• Advanced appreciation and understanding of property, economics, finance & mathematics

• Professional, pleasant and engaging manner

• Efficient, proactive and flexible in terms of workload
