Alex is a multi-disciplined business leader, with experience in creating, expanding and leading sales organisations within the UK & UAE. For the last decade he has exclusively specialised in Property Investment.
Prior to founding The Prestbury Advisory, Alex was a board member and director of a major UK property investment consultancy, delivering over £250m of property sales, from over 1200 transactions.
With a career spanning Oil & Gas, Banking and more recently Property underpinned by a first class degree in Investment & Financial Management, Alex brings a wealth of academic and practical experience to our investor community.
Alistair has over 10 years’ marketing experience within the property industry, specialising in building brand awareness, creating dynamic marketing campaigns and developing strategies to improve communication.
This experience has allowed Alistair to establish himself as expert in marketing and use his personal approach to reach international audiences.
He is responsible for all marketing at The Prestbury Advisory and looks to continuously enhance company standards.
Sarah has worked in the property and housing sector for over 12 years managing and leading teams across many sectors within the industry. She has a passion for customer service, and offers a wealth of knowledge & experience to our investor community.
Whether you are an established investor or it's your first time investing, Sarah can guide you through the process from start to finish using her vast experience of exchanging and completing on over 800 properties.
Kara is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Operations, HR, Project Management, and Programme Delivery. Throughout her career, she has successfully managed and created operational efficiencies by implementing new technologies for companies such as Manchester United FC and Manchester Airports Group.
Her diverse skillset has driven performance improvements, streamlined operations, and enhanced team engagement and communication. Kara thrives on building strong relationships with business stakeholders, with a clear focus on ensuring best practice and maintaining operational excellence.
Sophie has 8 years property experience across the UK Market. She has exposure across the industry, ranging from investment procurement and advisory as well as property management. Sophie is ideally positioned to help our investor community on their property investment journey, whether they are first time investors or seasoned professionals.
Known for her personable approach, Sophie focuses on gathering an in-depth understanding of investors needs and requirements and provides a bespoke investment solution, fostering long term relationships along the way.
She has built over £90m of investment portfolios for her clients over the years and is a multiple-award winner in the investment space.
Bhav Patel is a seasoned Investment Advisor with over 4 years of experience in the real estate industry. Known for his strategic acumen and deep market insights, Bhav has successfully guided numerous clients in building and managing profitable real estate portfolios.
Bhav holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Leeds Metropolitan University. He developed a strong foundation in market research, property valuation, and strategic planning. His transition into consultancy was driven by his desire to apply his psychological insights to help clients navigate the complexities of property investment.
Bhav’s commitment to client success is evident in his client-centric approach. He regularly conducts workshops and zoom calls, where he shares his knowledge and empowers clients with the tools they need to succeed in the real estate market.
Natalie is a dedicated property consultant specialising in prime investment properties across the UK. Having spent time in the UAE, she also has expanded her expertise to include Middle Eastern investments.
Natalie thrives on providing expert guidance, empowering clients to make informed decisions that align with their unique investment goals and understanding the unique preferences and lifestyles of owner occupiers to unite them with their perfect homes.
