The Role.

As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with new and existing developer clients, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the leadership team to create a strategy that aligns with our company growth goals. Your insights and initiatives will directly contribute to our success in the competitive property investment market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the property investment sector

• Opportunity Creation: Develop and implement strategies for sourcing new developer clients and investment opportunities through networking, industry events, and online platforms

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance our reputation and drive repeat business

• Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling investment proposals to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits of working with The Prestbury Advisory

• Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute effective sales strategies that align with our business objectives

• Negotiation: Lead negotiations with developer clients and partners to close deals that benefit both parties and align with our company’s vision

• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends to provide insights for continuous improvement

• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and finance, to ensure cohesive efforts in promoting our investment opportunities

• Brand: Actively work to promote The Prestbury Advisory across national and international markets

Qualifications/Experience:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the property investment industry

• Strong understanding of the property market, investment strategies, and financial analysis

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels

• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Proficient in using CRM software and other business development tools

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Self driven, motivated and proactive mindset
